Admission Process for International Students
BSMU offers a straightforward and transparent admission process for international students, with a single annual intake in September. Our English-medium programs, particularly the MBBS, are designed to meet global standards, recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO), India’s National Medical Commission (NMC), and medical councils in 120+ countries.
Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a smooth admission process, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Academic Qualifications: Minimum 50% aggregate in 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as core subjects. For reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC), 40% is acceptable as per NMC guidelines.
- NEET Qualification: Mandatory for Indian students; a valid NEET score is required (as per NMC regulations).
- Age: Applicants must be at least 17 years old by December 31 of the admission year.
- Language: No mandatory Russian language proficiency; English-medium programs are available for all listed courses.
- Health: Applicants must submit a medical fitness certificate and negative HIV test report.
